I ordered a few bike parts from jensonusa.com and figured the shipping was going to be annoying, or at least higher than I wanted, but it was actually reasonable. I’ve had other sites look fine until checkout and then suddenly the total jumps, so I was ready to be irritated, but no, this one stayed fair.
The order showed up on time too, which was nice. I also liked that I could see the shipping cost before paying, because it made the decision easy instead of feeling like a surprise at the last second. I’d use them again.

Needed a new derailleur. Not exactly something I wanted to guess on. Checked the specs on Jenson, compared everything, ordered it. When it showed up, it matched just like they listed. Simple, but a relief. Worked out great.

I ordered the part from jensonusa.com and it did show up on time, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the box was banged up when it got here, and the part had a small scratch on it. It’s not a huge deal and it works fine, but I do kind of regret not looking it over more before deciding to keep it. For something new, I just expected it to arrive in better condition. 3 stars feels about right.

"Everything I Needed Was Somehow Out of Stock"
I was just trying to order a few bike parts to finish my build, and somehow it turned into a full-blown emotional event. So many of the parts I needed were out of stock, and a few even showed up in search like they were available, only for me to click in and find out they weren’t. The site itself is fine, but the availability situation had me dramatically questioning every life choice that led me to this bike build.

Thankfully, the delivery showed up exactly when they said it would. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape. No hassle, no weird delays, just a smooth order. "Delivery was on time, but packaging could be better"
I ordered from Jenson USA and, to be fair, the delivery showed up on time, so I don’t have any complaints about the shipping speed.
The packaging was just kind of average this time. The box looked a little beat up when it arrived, and there wasn’t much padding inside, so the item had room to move around. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it didn’t feel as secure as it should have.
I’d still order from them again because the main part of the experience was fine, but I think it’s only fair to expect a bit better packing, especially when you’re trusting something to make it through shipping safely...

The customer service team was polite and did try to help, which I appreciated. That said, the replies took quite a while, and in the end my issue still wasn’t fully resolved. I think if a company is going to offer support, it’s only fair to make sure people aren’t left hanging halfway through.
