Never had a bad experience or bad deal at Jenson!

My package never arrived even though it said delivered. I think they messed up my packing slip. There was never a picture of it at my door or any proof it actually arrived. I opened many support tickets and tried calling a few time.. yet to receive any answer. Jenson does not value customer service and support in any capacity.

Purchased the Marin San Quentin 3 for the best price due to Jenson USA. Bike almost 90% assembled, inspected, and packaged perfect. Don’t hesitate to buy a bike from this company. Good work guys!

Great price on bike, loved the qc checklist of the bike build. Was packed very securely for shipping. Only complaint is wish they had communicated better the timeframe for receiving it (only with the communication, not with how long it actually took)

They just deliver on their promise to provide great products at competitive prices with great service. I've ordered many products from them, but in one case I ordered a frame that was on sale. There was an issue at the warehouse that caused them to no longer have the frame that I ordered. At no small effort, they procured an additional frame and made good on our transaction. That says a lot in my book.
